Hip Hip Hurray a Indian television series created and directed by Nupur Asthana  that first aired on Zee TV channel from 21 August 1998 to 25 May 2001. The genre of the series is a Teen Drama , it has 80 episodes in season 1 .

The narrative revolves around students of 12th grade at DeNobili High School  and their adventures and interactions , their emotions and relationships , their fears  and hopes. Apart from that , the story focuses on issues pertinent or relevant for the younger generation such as dating , exams , career , health and drug addiction are presented in a light hearted manners.

Storyline is appealing and natural which focuses on the daily lives of every character and their highs and lows and their success and failure. The recap is narrated marvelously by the students (actors) itself which made the show more interesting.
